In Proverbs it is written, "where there is no vision, the people perish" (29:18). At Pathway it is our desire that you begin to dream and envision what the future of this ministry can be.

What kind of church community are we dreaming to become?

...a community which will be intentional in coming along side all those who have disengaged the church or never attended; together walking side by side moving from a place of loneliness, brokenness and isolation, to a place of joy, love, acceptance, and forgiveness, through the transforming power of Gods grace as we follow Jesus Christ.

...a community which welcomes and demonstrates hospitality to all people regardless of their past, present, sex, race, or ethnicity. Pathway will be a safe place to question, share and explore the things of faith.

...impacting the Kansas City metro area by planting or facilitating a number of culturally relevant and Biblically-centered churches or ministry venues, recognizing that new and various ministries are most effective in reaching those disengaged from the church.

...a community which develops our people into passionate followers of Christ through an inviting Sunday morning gathering which focuses on biblical teaching presented in a way which is both relevant and challenging to all ages; and a variety of gatherings meeting people where they are at with an emphasis on small group ministry.

...a community in which all our people discover their unique, God-given talents and passions so they are equipped and develop their full potential to serve Christ and minister to others.

...using our facilities to be a connecting, welcoming and available place to the community around us, while being used as an equipping center to fulfilling our mission.
