For Pathway to move forward with its missional calling a group of leaders must be raised up and developed. In response to this, the 1424 missional leadership initiative was developed.

Through mutual study, support, and encouragement, we will strive to develop as missional leaders who follow him “wholeheartedly” and develop a “different spirit.”
